When LASSO Montréal took over Parc Jean-Drapeau on August 15 and 16, 2026, country music fans gathered on Saint Helen's Island for two days of non-stop live music, cowboy boots, and incredible festival energy. To keep thousands of hungry festival-goers powered through a packed lineup of headliners, our team was ready to roll.

From the moment the gates opened, we were right in the heart of the action. Perfectly positioned near the Bell LASSO Stage, our food truck served up authentic Jamaican cuisine all weekend long. Even when Saturday brought a bit of rain, the weather couldn't slow us down—our team kept the grill hot and kept serving hungry fans right through the drizzle. Being our very first time at LASSO, we brought out our top fan favorites to win over the crowd.

The Quebec Fusion Favorite: Jerk Chicken Poutine

While country fans loved every item on our menu, one dish completely stole the show: our signature Jerk Chicken Poutine.

We took Quebec’s iconic staple—crispy French fries, rich savory gravy, and squeaky-fresh cheese curds—and elevated it with a bold Caribbean twist. Loaded high with slow-marinated, grilled jerk chicken and seasoned with our signature spice blend, it became an instant hit. Country fans heading to and from the Bell LASSO Stage couldn't get enough of the heat and comfort packed into a single plate.
