How much space do you need to park the food truck?
To host either of our food trucks, the parking space must be located on your private property, within designated commercial event zones, or fully permissible by your specific Montreal borough's local street laws.
How early do you arrive before serving?
Our team arrives exactly 50 minutes before your scheduled serving time. This gives us plenty of time to set up, get the equipment roaring, and ensure everything is fresh and ready to serve right on time.
What areas do you service?
We provide professional Caribbean catering across the entire Greater Montreal Area! Our service network covers Downtown (Ville-Marie), the Sud-Ouest (our home base!), the West Island, the East End, Laval & the North Shore, and Longueuil & the South Shore.
What is the difference between your two food trucks?
Our original food truck focuses on the legendary, slow-smoked charcoal flavors that put Boom J's on the map. Our brand-new 2026 concept—Boom Boom Poulet—turns up the volume specifically on island-style crispy fried chicken and signature street mashups like Jerk Poutine, while still carrying your favorite classics.
